Hiking Tips
  • Watles cross

    Top of the Watles mountain

The Watles is not the highest mountain of the Sesvenna mountain group, but definitely offers the most spectacular views of the surrounding mountain peaks and landscapes. Its summit, the Pitz Watles, is located at 2557 m above sea level. The well-signposted trail is a steady, but never excessive ascent. Even the final part leading up to the summit of Watles Kreuz is not too challenging, but can be reached within approx. 1.5 – 2 hours from the mountain station of the chairlift Prämajur.
