The refuge Sesvennahütte can be reached by the village Schlinig/ Slingia.
From Schlinig/ Slingia (1,738 m) follow the signposts no. 1 on the broad trail, almost flat to the Schlinigeralm alpine pasture. Continuing along the forest trail into the valley, a hiking trail branches off on the right. On the slope, the trail runs up to the flat grassy soil, past the closed Pforzheim hut and to the refuge Sesvennahütte. The way back is along the same trail.Alternatively, the tour can be started from Prämajur. There you can take the Watles lift to the Plantapatsch hut to save some altitude.
